The route to the hotel was easy to navigate, offering a serene drive through the picturesque landscape of Calimanesti. The rooms were impressively soundproofed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the provision of ironing facilities, ensuring guests are always well-presented for their mountain excursions. The in-room electric kettle for tea and coffee made for a cozy start to each morning in the Carpathians. River Hotel & Spa not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for a perfect mountain retreat.
